Paweł Krauzowicz – clarinet (Poland)

A clarinetist, Habilitated Doctor (PhD) and Vice Dean at the Department of Woodwind Instruments at the Academy of Music in Cracow.;

Honorary Diploma “Best Teacher” from the II London International Internet Music competition, 2015;

Honorary Diploma “Best Teacher” from the I Madrid International Internet Music competition, 2016 ;

Honorary Diploma “Best Teacher” from the I Geneva International Internet Music competition, 2016.

 

Born in Poland and graduated with honors as clarinetist at the Academy of Music in Cracow.

These days one of the few clarinetists playing basset horn (alto clarinet variation).

During his career Mr. Krauzowicz successfully accomplished over 900 projects as a clarinetist and basset horn player, leading a lively artistic activity as a soloist, chamber musician and orchestral musician performing all over the world.

In 1990-2012 he was a clarinetist of Capella Cracoviensis Chamber Orchestra in Cracow.

Recorded with the first Polish Contemporary Music Ensemble MW2 for the Vienna Modern Masters.

Still active as a member of bassethorn trio and clarinet quintet of the Mozart Bassethorn Ensamble.
